Freddie Mac releases 2022 debt financing schedule

MCLEAN, Virginia, 22 November 2021 (GLOBE NEWSLETTER) – Freddie mac (OTCQB: FMCC) today released its 2022 funding schedule, which provides optional announcement dates for benchmark tickets® titles and announcement dates of the reference vouchers® securities. The 2022 funding schedule is available on the Debt Securities Auctions page of FreddieMac.com. Reference Note issues and Reference Ticket auctions may vary in size and frequency depending on the Company’s financing needs or market demands.

Yes Freddie mac uses one of the optional Reference Note Announcement Dates on Freddie Mac’s 2022 Funding Schedule to initiate a Reference Note Issue, Freddie mac will announce the issue in a press release, which will provide relevant information about the transaction.

The Company’s 2022 funding schedule provides optional reference invoice announcement dates. Referral coupon auctions will be optional every week on Monday morning. If Monday is a public holiday, the auction will take place on the next business day. All referral voucher auctions will close at 9:45 a.m. Eastern Time (AND) unless otherwise specified.
